The Taco Bell Grilled Cheese Burrito is a limited time burrito from Taco Bell. The Grilled Cheese Burrito is offered with all of their typical proteins and seasoned rice, three-cheese blend, crunchy red strips, chipotle sauce, nacho cheese sauce, and reduced fat sour cream. The tortilla is coated in cheese and grilled to form a crispy curst. I got my burrito with seasoned beef.
The Grilled Cheese Burrito is composed of Taco Bell’s usual ingredients, but the ratios and the addition of cheese on the exterior combine to create something quite new. This is probably the richest burrito I’ve had from Taco Bell. The chipotle sauce, sour cream, and nacho cheese sauce make the burrito an incredibly creamy affair. The three cheese blend on the inside and outside offer an additional richness. The seasoned beef is somewhat lost in all of this, but the crunchy red strips provide a nice contrast to all the creaminess. Fire Sauce offered a bit of acidity and spice that helped to offset the richness and round out the meal.

The Taco Bell Grilled Cheese Burrito is not a health food, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone on a cutting cycle.
Overall the Grilled Cheese Burrito from Taco Bell was a delicious and decadent burrito. It may be a hate crime against the lactose intolerant, but I won’t hold that against it for my review. Four out of five stars (★★★★☆)
This is my single favorite item at any fast food chain. I'm vegetarian so swap out the beef for beans and then I like to add potatoes... truly terrible for me but hey, gotta take advantage of my early 20s metabolism while I can
i personally always swap the beef for beans when i get taco bell (and sometimes add potatoes), they make it so much better imo. this is a great item though, makes me sad that its only limited time id eat it every time i went if i could
